The user limit refers to active Mooduell users per Moodle instance. If your platform has 30,000 users but only 300 are using a specific Moodle course, the Pro plan is sufficient — you only need a larger plan if more than 1,000 users are actively duelling on that instance.

We'll notify you before you hit your limit and make it easy to upgrade. No service interruption for existing users during the decision period.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remaining year. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.

Yes. Mooduell is a standard Moodle plugin that reads directly from your existing question banks. No content migration or new infrastructure required. It supports Moodle 3.9 and above, including all Moodle 4.x releases — contact us if you're on an older version and we'll advise on compatibility.

Yes. The Free plan supports up to 100 active users and 1 quiz with no time limit. For a full institutional pilot, contact us and we can arrange a time-limited trial of the Premium plan.

Duel results and leaderboard data are stored on EU-hosted servers in compliance with GDPR. Authentication always happens through your own Moodle instance — Mooduell never stores passwords or personal credentials.
